Direction : As a dietary supplement, mix 1 heaping teaspoon (4,488 mg) with 8 to 12 ounces(250-350 ml) of cold water and consume 30 to 45 minutes before activity. Due to its extreme strength, it is highly recommended that you assess your individual tolerance and start out by using only 1 heaping teaspoon (1 serving) before you try consuming 2 heaping teaspoons. AGRESSION 781™ - PRE WORKOUT is so strong that many individuals find 1 serving is more than strong enough to deliver maximum results.

	My son plays Junior hockey. His weight or lack of is the greatest factor limiting his performance. In ones month he gained 15 pounds of muscle ( 4% measured body fat) using this and amplified mass xxx in conjunction with each other. He continues to use both and is continuing to gain muscle mass.
